to procure a managed service up to the value of £100,000.00 to create the additional self-service documentation and guidance required to enhance self-service and increase efficiency within the Commercial teams by reducing the number of queries received. This option will also allow enhancement of the electronic journey whilst allowing the flexibility required prior to the end of the year. This route will allow crafting, shaping and weekly reporting of progress against deliverables whilst driving the timescales utilising milestone payments. The applicability and compliance of this route has been checked by the DDaT commercial team and is acceptable.
