Requirement for External Legal Support for Technology

Requirement for the provision of legal services to the Bank of England in connection with technology projects during 2022. The scope of work is as follows: • advising on appropriate contractual structures; • drafting contractual terms and/or reviewing those proposed by suppliers; • advising on the procurement processes involved; • reviewing procurement documents such as SQs, ITTs, ITPDs, etc.; • dealing with ad hoc legal queries from the Bank and opposing legal counsel throughout.
