## Description

The University seeks a Heat Flow Meter with a proven reliability for the measure of thermal conductivity of non-homogeneous materials in the thermal conductivity range of 0\.002W/mK to 0\.35 W/mK, such as composite insulation materials \(including for example Vacuum Insulated Panels\)\. The equipment is required to perform testing in accordance with ASTM C518 and ISO 8301\.
