The work on this contract relates to: The scope of Ofgem's Fully Chain Flexibility and Low Carbon Investment strategic change programmes. Establish project risk and assurance arrangements including governance of cross cutting issues. Ensure strategic coherence across these programmes with other strategic change programmes in Ofgem.
