The contract is a 3 year initial term with the possibility of extension by 1 x 12 month period at the sole discretion of the Council. Awarded following a further competition via CCS RM6168-Estate Management Services framework, Lot 4-Surveying and Strategic Advice Procurement undertaken by Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council.
