## Description

MSV Housing are currently seeking to secure an approved ranking list of contractors to provide drainage services for properties within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire\. A mini competition was completed via Lot 5 - Repairs & Voids - Drainage of the Contractor DPS, and the contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance\.
