CS5273 - Young People's Assessment and Support Services

Provision and management of an accommodation based Young People's Assessment and Support Service. In addition to being committed to preventing and reducing youth homelessness, the service will serve as a critical access point on the path to adulthood for vulnerable young people in the LBTH. By conducting a thorough assessment, delivering individually-tailored support, and working in collaboration with other LBTH services, the Assessment and Support Service will ensure young people take a suitable and safe next step in their lives.
