C-CH22030 - Accommodation floating pod solution for marina in Jersey, Channel Islands

To offer a unique accommodation experience in Jersey where visitors and locals alike can experience staying in a Marina without having to own a boat.\r \r The accommodation pod solution needs to be modular construction, subject to local planning approval and building byelaws. \r \r The pods and the pontoons they will sit on are to be delivered and attached/moored to pre-existing pontoons in the heart of St Helier, in the main marina.\r \r The length of pontoon space available to attach the floating pods to is 38m. The existing pontoons have a 0.5m freeboard.
