## Description

The supplier will be required to print the C5 gummed Manila window envelope as detailed below along with the letter \(template provdided by HSE\)\. The letter will then be required to be folded and enclosed within the enevelope and sent 2nd class to the businesses address supplier in the weekly data file as outlined below\.
