Provision of in-house Counselling Services

Description

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham currently provide inhouse counselling to Council and schools employees. This will include but not limited to: 1.1.1 The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham would like to work with a suitable supplier/s to provide a confidential counselling service to all employees, including: 1.1.2 Face-to-face or telephone/video call counselling -standard 6 sessions per year as above, lasting a minimum of 50 mins (further sessions to be agreed with the Authorised Officer) 1.1.3 Trauma/critical incident response 1.1.4 Hold ad-hoc wellbeing group support sessions either face to face or via Microsoft Teams.
