Description

Awarded contract for the provision of Commercial Legal services to support the Matrix Programme of activity. The services include but are not limited to, advice, MSC schedule drafting, assurance, strategic and commercially focused advice on procurement strategy and options to deliver the technology (SaaS ERP tool and Systems Integrator) procurement, and to provide considered Legal views and realistic approaches to managing risk and claims, should they come in.
