## Description

Following a competitive tender exercise under the Government Commercial Agency's Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services Framework \(RM6290\), the Commission have identified a supplier to deliver a fully managed executive campaign to appoint a suitably experienced CEO\. The Contract contains a provision to extend up to a maximum end date of 28 February 2028; however, the contract value will remain unchanged throughout any extension period\.
