CP2122-21 Lucombe Business Intelligence

Devon County Council's Lucombe House office building, which is located on the Exeter County Hall campus, needs a major upgrade as many of the features in the building are nearing the end of their useful life.

The refurbishment is an opportunity to transform the building into a modern, digitally enabled working environment that will be fit for the future needs of the Council. As part of this project DCC have appointed an intelligent buildings supplier to work with DCC in Lucombe House to provide consultancy and design support, provide software as a service that will deliver the intelligence outcomes of the Lucombe House Programme Board.
