Supported Lodgings - AWARD

Description

The council is seeking a provider to deliver a high-quality service which manages a caseload of young people placed within fully trained and vetted Host Families or Householders whom house young people within their home. The provider will champion and lead on the support provided to the young person in partnership with the householder. The Provider will offer a combination of responsive and proactive work with the young people and will ensure a variety of approaches to ensure that each young person is supported effectively. The provider will act as registered landlord as a registered provider of support and act as lead on sourcing, managing and developing good practice with householders providing a safe home for the young person.
