## Description

Tykes Teaching School Alliance are currently working with our schools using a range of CPD and local leaders to support their improvement and developmental strategies within their roles\. The value of this support is determined through utilising risk analysis in order to support CPD development requirements within Barnsley Schools that are deemed to be high risk\.
