WP12.4 SAB Internal cladding

Scope of work: The SAB (Shared Accommodation Buildings) Internal Cladding package consists of Fibre Cement cladding lining with stainless steel trims and stainless-steel portal frame, enamel metal cladding lining, stainless steel skirting, single and double-glazed system, louvre screens, internal glazed windows, internal fire metal roller, Concertina shutter, and glazed/metal door sets to OOC SAB areas facing into public concourse at the ground floor to second floors. The WP12.4 package comprises of the following scope: • Material Supply and Installation: Supply all required materials, labour, supervision, plant, and equipment for the installation of the above in accordance with the approved design. • Co-ordination of the work on site including co-ordinating with other contractors completing the following works: envelope package, MEP including lighting and ventilation systems, flooring, architectural/ancillary metalwork, blockwork and partitions. • Samples and Prototypes: Provide samples, prototypes, visual mock-ups, and benchmarks as deemed necessary to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. • Provide any temporary works required to the delivery of the package.
