In response to the strategic objectives and terms of reference for the Centre identified by the government, the project will inform decisions relating to the strategy and operating model of the Centre, and its work programme. Its first phase will be the development of a draft strategy for the Centre which will be published online as a consultative document on which comments and feedback will be invited from relevant stakeholders before it is developed into a final strategy for the Centre.
