Monkswell Repurposing Project - To conduct a feasibility exercise for modifications to the Monkswell, Anchorite Fields, Kendal, LA9 4BU to increase in 1 bed self-contained units and make good dilapidations for immediate use as temporary homeless accommodation. Following the feasibility study a further bid will be made to secure funds to undertake the works.
