Strategic Housing Needs Assessment to support the review of the Local Plan\. The purpose of the Study is to assess how many homes, and determine the types of homes, that need to be planned for across the period 2020 - 2041 to ensure the Local Plan remains up to date and continues to meet changing needs\.
