THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICE FOR SUPPORTED ACCOMODATION FOR 18 - 25-YEAR-OLD SINGLE INDIVIDUALS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, ROUGH SLEEPING AND / OR PREVIOUS CARE LEAVERS NOW AGED 18 +

To support Service Users to, a) sustain their living situation, b) develop and attain their independent living skills, c) engage in learning, education, training, employment, and meaningful activity as individually appropriate to their living arrangements and, d) to achieve a move to independent living, within 2 years. This service is to be delivered from the Supported Housing service at Troutbeck Avenue and Longshaw Street, Warrington.
