## Description

The BBC Estate is made up of 239 properties totalling some 399,000 m² comprising office accommodation & broadcast production facilities sited across the entire UK\. Project activity is predominantly centred around 8 key hubs in London W1, London W12, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham & Belfast\. The wide geographical dispersal of the portfolio means suppliers with a UK wide office network and services may best meet the requirement\. The services required are for estates management, transactional management, professional surveying, strategic consulting and project management and valuations\. The BBC will require a wide UK office based network to deliver these services to the whole BBC estate\.
