## Description

NEPO seeks to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Children's and Adult's Social Care Barrister Services, including representation in judicial proceedings before the courts and legal advice given in anticipation of or preparation for such proceedings\. The Framework Agreement will be available to NEPO Member Authorities, comprising of the 12 North East Authorities and will be delivered within the North East of England\. The Framework Agreement will be in place for 48 months and will cover all Barristers services that provide specialist advice and advocacy in relation to Children and Adults' Social Care matters\.
