## Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for a Concession for the provision of Enforcement and Debt Collection Services using a common specification to cover the following categories:- • Council Tax and Business Rates \(including Business Improvement District levy\) • Parking Services & Moving Traffic Enforcement to include all Parking Penalty Charge Notices issued via Camera Device Enforcement or by a Civil Enforcement Officer\. • Sundry Debts \(these are all other debts not described above, e\.g\. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs\)\. The proposed Concession will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two years\.
