Redevelopment of land at Terminus Road fronting Chichester Enterprise Centre for CCS services

THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL. Chichester District Council (CDC) Chichester District Council has awarded a single supplier contract for the redevelopment of a site at the Terminus Road Industrial Estate. The works include site preparation, erection of a perimeter fence around the new site and the moving and installation of a portable office from the current Westhampnett Depot to the new Terminus Road depot.

This is a below threshold Works Contract with a contract period of 3 months and an estimated maximum value of £438,812.61.
