## Description

MSV Housing are seeking to appoint a list of subcontractors to provide flooring repairs and associated works to our Property Care Department on both tenanted and voids properties\. A mini competition would be required via Lot 3 - Repairs & Voids - Flooring of the Contractor DPS, and the contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance\.
