The University of Worcester (UOW) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Consultants to provide professional estate services to support the UOW and its subsidiary UW Developments Ltd. (The Call-Off Authorities)

The Services will mainly comprise, but are not limited to, consultancy associated with the following:

• Project Management and Employer Agent Services • Cost Consultant (Quantity Surveying) • Principle Designer (Health and Safety Adviser) • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (inc. Fire Engineering and Sustainability) • Civil & Structural Engineering Services
