Genetic Analyser maintenance contract (ITT_4611)

The Agency is looking for a 12 month maintenance contract for its Genetic Analyser (3130-16).The serial number of the equipment is 1480-021.

The maintenance contract should provide the following;

1) Includes all labour, Parts and Travel for unlimited breakdowns throughout the contract period

2) One planned maintenance visit per annum

3) Free access to Technical support helpline

4) Guaranteed call back within 3 working hours for breakdowns

5) Fast onsite response. Engineer to be onsite within 48 working hours and guaranteed onsite within 72 working hours

6) Contract credit (100% if equipment is traded in during first 6 months of coverage, 50% otherwise)
