## Description

FBC now wish to commence the enabling of land on the west side of the airport, in the area to be known as Swordfish Business Park to release more land for development for the purposes of B2, B8 and E\(ii\) and E\(iii\) planning use classes\. The area is shown outlined in red in fig 1 below and is approximately 20 Ha in area\.
