ESPH NB Hastings Health and Leisure Hub - LUF Bid Round 3 (ESPH583) - AWARD

Description

Hastings Borough Council ('the Council') wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary consultancy to develop a Levelling Up application (Round 3) for a Health and Leisure Hub to include developing an outline business case, RIBA 2 and full LUF application/ submission (anticipated late 2023). The outline business case will look at options for providing updated health and leisure facilities in Hastings within budget, within the broad location of the current Summerfields leisure centre, Bohemia Road, Hastings. This tender is being undertaken as a mini competition from Sport England Active Environments Framework - Lot A. Only suppliers awarded a position on this framework are invited to respond.
