## Description

The requirement is for a research project to help the SIA define the purpose, values and capabilities which underpin good performance within private security roles, aligned with the UK National Qualifications Framework\. This work will form phase one of a project which will lead to the development of a capability framework \(profession map\), for the private security industry and should be completed by July 2023
