## Description

Installation of perimeter railings and gates, pathways and meadow planting\. To remove existing concrete bollard and rail perimeter fencing and remove from site\. Replace this fencing with hoop-top railings with new openings and gates as indicted\. Install two 'moon gates' at the north and south of the site\. To install new self-bound gravel pathways at existing ground level\. All spoil to be retained on-site\. Prepare the ground and seed meadow areas\. Prepare the ground and plant new hedges along the western boundary\. Tree planting as indicated\.
