## Description

Specialist legal support is required for the following tasks before the ITTs are issued: - Review and assure the template document in compliance with current MOD policy\. - Engage with DIO Commercial to review feedback and agree on necessary amendments to the draft terms\. - Provide comprehensive justifications for each proposed change or existing alteration to the standard Terms and Conditions\. - Adjust the contract terms to incorporate decisions made during discussions with DIO Commercial\. - Potentially revise the existing clause concerning the 2-stage process\.
