Flagship Group invited members of Procurement for Housing framework contract for Telecommunications and Associated Services with notice 2017/S 104-207738 to submit Tender for the mobile connections, including data only and voice and data, without procuring the devices for a period of 3 years with further 2 extensions of 12 months each at Flagship Group discretion. The resulting Agreement covers all Flagship Group subsidiaries with different start date, but co-terminus Agreement end dates
