## Description

The scope of works for Episode 1 Fund 3 on behalf of BPC includes advising, negotiating and settling terms of the LPA and producing a written report on the LPA\. This requirement is supplementary to Master Order Form dated 2nd March 2022 which was procured via the Alacrity platform\.
