## Description

External Support to Health & Care Commissioning for the Implementation of a Local Cost of Care for adults aged 18-64 with a Learning Disability \(LD\), Autism Spectrum Disorder \(ASD\) and or Mental Health \(MH\) needs\. Support to ensure greater market oversight, improve future market management and delivery of specific project areas reflected in the Service Specification\. Additional information: Should there be any slippage to timescales, for whatever reason, the Council may extend the Agreement by up to twelve \(12\) months\. A contract variation was issued to purchase 22 additional days to conclude the project at an extra cost of £19,580\.
