## Description

This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 Suppliers who can meet the requirements of this specification\. Suppliers shall provide a fully managed service through an online single sign on benefits platform that can deliver as a minimum the 8 Core Benefits listed below: Core Benefits \(Mandatory\): - Childcare Vouchers - Car Leasing Scheme - Technology and White Goods Scheme - Cycle to Work Scheme - Gym Membership - Financial Wellbeing Schemes including financial education, savings and access to affordable loans - Leisure and Retail Discounts Scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes\. - Employee Assistance Programme \(EAP\) Additional Benefits \(Non-Mandatory\): These shall include but not be limited to the following: - Online Cycle Shop - Total Rewards Statement - Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes \(SCAVC's\) - Reward and Recognition Benefits - Buying and Selling of Annual Leave - Holiday Scheme - Eyecare Scheme
