This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on: • Bury Road, Edgworth • Heys Lane, Blackburn • Stones Bank Road, West Pennine And will encompass the following works: • Carriageway inlay resurfacing; • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; • Replacement of road markings; • Replacement of pedestrian delineation studs; • Liaison with stakeholders and the public; • Traffic management\.
