Job Description / Main Responsibilities o Maintaining the RAID logs and improving quality including facilitating review meetings\. o Maintain change control process\. o Production of High-level reporting\. o Minuting meetings, recording actions and decisions and maintaining/ driving the management of relevant trackers\. o Integration of all PMO information in order to provide consistent information o Help run project checkpoint meetings and deputise for the PM \(Imports\) as appropriate\. o Communicate effectively with the immediate and wider project team o Own the project SharePoint area and ensure effective configuration management is applied\. o Development and improvements to the provision of PMO support under the direction of the PM Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities\.
