RM6187 Provision of Direction of Real Estate Development Advisory

Responsible for determining, developing, and delivering innovative strategies and solutions for PSD in the RED team with an overarching Commercial Assessment and support for the future. Initiate team efforts to collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide conclusions and recommendations. Work closely with the Director of PSD to understand the business and related needs, presenting programme status updates and recommendations to leadership. Advise the RED team of Project Directors, Leads and specialists to effectively and efficiently deliver construction projects across the MPS estate. Give guidance on value-for-money delivery whilst following industry best practice and standards including specialist advice and expertise on CDM 2015. Provide peer review on performance and professionalism within RED. Engage with Finance Business Partner to prepare and finalise the Capital and Revenue budget plans advising on strategic decisions and facilitating change. Develop an executive level governance structure, develop implementation roadmaps and perform knowledge transfers.
