Lewisham council awarded this contract to Pellings LLP via the ProcurePublic framework following a mini competition process. This is to mainly focus on:- Develop an overall expiry plan, showing the overarching master plan and key workstream activities including governance for managing the expiry process. To assess and capture the key expiry-related risks and mitigation actions in an expiry risk register Produce a resource plan (internal and external) and budget showing expiry team make up and key roles and responsibilities. Support the authority to jointly develop SPV/Rydon to develop an initial handback and transition plan.
