## Description

The contract will support TPR to deliver the AE transformation programme by providing the skills and experience of an expert partner to produce a detailed low-level design \(LLD\) and deliver the transfer of IT services and technologies from Capita PLC to the Buyer\. The requirements are to be delivered in defined Stages and may also require live support post transition\.
