Golden Lane Housing Limited directly awarded this contract to the top ranked supplier on Procure Plus' Fire Risk and Mitigation Works and Services Framework, Fire Risk Assessments (Lot 1, 2, 3 and 5). The supplier will additionally undertake fire risk assessments at the limited number of GLHs properties situated in Northern Ireland.
