Fire Risk Assessments (Citywide)

The delivery of an effective, citywide programme of Fire Risk Assessments (to include reporting on findings and recommending all appropriate actions, etc) to the full range of properties and structures owned and managed by Southampton City Council (SCC), as well as others for which they have a responsibility, all as specified within the suite of bidding documents; ensuring full compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
