## Description

Public Perception Survey requirement, for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service \(hereafter referred to as ECFRS\) who are seeking a delivery partner for a project that obtains and interprets the views of Greater Essex \(Essex County Council, Southend, and Thurrock\) residents on Essex County Fire and Rescue Service - trust in ECFRS, feedback of services and understanding of the services we deliver\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
