Public Perception Survey requirement, for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service (hereafter referred to as ECFRS) who are seeking a delivery partner for a project that obtains and interprets the views of Greater Essex (Essex County Council, Southend, and Thurrock) residents on Essex County Fire and Rescue Service - trust in ECFRS, feedback of services and understanding of the services we deliver.
