Servicing & Maintenance of Roller Shutter Doors

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys invites suitably experienced and qualified contractors to submit a tender to undertake servicing and maintenance of all manual, powered roller shutter doors located within the Dyfed Powys Police Estate, all in accordance with the attached schedules and specification.

The successful contractor will be responsible for organising and servicing all elements and may employ recognised specialist contractors, with the consent of the client, for any items that cannot be undertaken by his own employees. The Contractor will be the central point for all call out requests during the period of the contract and will carry out the necessary repairs or arrange for his specialist subcontractors to undertake the repairs.
