Supply, maintenance and licencing of Scanners for scanning of Clinical Records

Description

Purchase of scanners for use in the operation of internal scanning bureau's to scan clinical and other records as images for transfer to and hold the Authority's Electronic Data Management System. The contract includes the installation, maintenance and software licencing for the scanners. The initial requirement is for 3 scanners initially with the scope to purchase additional scanners at a later date. The contract value is based on the purchase of a total of 6 scanners throughout the contract duration. The contract has been awarded via the NOECPC IT Hardware and Services Framework (LINK 3). The contract is for 5 years with no options to extend. The contract values published in this notice are inclusive of VAT.
