Working with Council tenants to deliver energy advice and support to tenants\. The contractor will deliver advice in the tenant’s home\. The advice will consist of a range of help from help with managing heating systems efficiently, life style issues affecting energy use that also lead to condensation and help with interpreting heating bills and identifying savings
