Property Soft Facilities Management Services

Description

Lot 2: of this tender is for the provision of Soft Facilities Management Services. The services shall be required at POL portfolio of Secure Warehouses, Admin Centres and retail operations. The Supplier shall provide to POL the following Services from the Services Commencement Date: I.Helpdesk services II. Supplier's Portal; III.cleaning; IV.window cleaning V.feminine hygiene VI.pest control VII.horticulture VIII.waste IX.vending and refreshment X.catering XI.The POL via their internal portal will provide details of the Supplier and their supply chain to Agency branches for them to liaise and directly engage with; and XII. Office managed services (OMS) POL are likely to continue to franchise branches to independent Postmasters, moving services from standalone POs into retailers premises. Should this take place, there will be a likely significant reduction in the level of spend against the contract.
