Work description
Lot 1 - development of a pilot triage process to support adopter choice in agency, with an encouragement to prospective adopters to explore multiple agencies in the region before making their choice\r \r Lot 2 - delivery of Faith and Cultural Literacy training sessions in partnership with My Adoption Family to social workers to raise confidence in assessing people from BAME or faith backgrounds
